Notes

Please note that due to the Postal dispute over 100 Proxy Forms had not been delivered before the meeting.
As a result there were not enough votes held at the Meeting to fulfill the requirements of the Constitution to be quorate.
There were 207 fully registered proxies.

The Constitution Clause 10 Quorum states;
At a General Meeting 50 voting members carrying a total of 250 votes shall form a quorum. ...

After a long discussion, it was decided to allow the proxy votes known to be in the Post to be used by the Proxy holders subject to them being verified when they are received in the Office. This enabled the AGM to proceed.
