Sports Centre Evenings

GOOD NEWS:-

Alton

Due to popular demand, Southampton Naturist Group have decided to run two trial sessions at the Alton Sports Centre.

This is definitely a case of use or lose!

The Facilities that have been booked are;-
Swimming, carpet skittles, carpet bowls, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, squash courts, table tennis, badminton, short tennis, volley ball, young children's activity centre, fitness room (Tee shirt and shorts to be worn), Cafeteria.

Admission charges

Paid in advance; Adult £9.00, Child under 16 years of age £1.00
Paid on the door; Adult £12.00, Child under 16 years of age £1.00

Everyone welcome including CCBN and Club Members.

Please Note The above information does not apply to the weekly Naturist Swims run by the centre on Sundays.
These are running as normal.

At ALL Events and ALL Venues

1. You will be required to produce a current CCBN/INF card or a current Club Membership Card to gain entry.
   If you do not have one of these check with the organisers, they may accept some other form of identification if it has your name and address on it.

2. If you are bringing children and you are not their Parent or Guardian you will be required to bring with you a letter of authority from the children's Parent or Guardian.
   The letter should make it clear that the authority is for the children to attend a NATURIST (NUDIST) EVENT.
   Also you may be required to send the letter of Authority to the Organisers in advance, so please check with them to avoid any embarrassment.
    
   This applies to ALL children under the age of 18.

Without the above and/or the prior agreement of the organisers you may be refused entry.

REMEMBER these are private events.

This table is for Southern Region Clubs to publicise events that are open to those who are not members of the club.
If your club has such an event please ask your Club Secretary to contact me with the information necessary for the table.

Region Committee Meeting

The next Region Committee Meeting takes place on Sunday 11th May 2008.

As your Members Representative I represent you, the individual CCBN Members, on the Region Committee.

If you have any matters that you wish me to raise at the committee meeting can you please let me have details not later than 27th April 2008.

Please include your Name and current CCBN Membership Number in any e-mail or other correspondence.
Please also include an e-mail address and/or a telephone number so that I can contact you with any queries.

Southern Region AGM 2008

At this years AGM the elections for the following positions on the Region Committee are to be conducted.
The positions are;-

Chairman - 2 years, Hon. Secretary - 2 years, and Public Relations Officer - 2 years.

These positions are for the terms shown above and are subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureaux Disclosure following election.
Under the terms of the Region Constitution all Officers must be individually subscribing members of CCBN as well as a member of the Regional Association.
Nominations for these positions shall be made on a Nomination Form which can be obtained, with further details, from the Region Secretary. See also the Region Constitution for more information.

N.B.

1. Nomination Forms shall be obtained from the Region Secretary.
   Nominations cannot be accepted at the Meeting.

2. Nominations shall be received by the Region Secretary by no later than 11th April 2008 and shall be supported by two CCBN Members of the Region.

   Who is entitled to attend the AGM; Any current CCBN Member who lives in the Region and was registered with CCBN in the Region more than 21 days before the date of the AGM or belongs to a CCBN Member Club that is a member of the Region.

   See the Southern Region is ... Page or the Clubs Page to check if you are eligible.

   Please Note
   You will be asked to produce your current CCBN Membership Card to gain entry to the venue.
   If you do not live in the Region you will also be also asked to produce your current Club Membership Card to gain entry to the venue - Yes you will need both cards.

   Also
   The proposal for 'one member one vote' was accepted by the 2003 AGM. You will require your current CCBN Membership Card to register and claim your voting rights. Club delegates who are not resident in the Region will also require their current Club Membership Card.

   Only Members Resident within the Region who joined CCBN on or before the 20th April 2008 will be entitled to have a personal vote.
   CCBN Members who are not Resident within the Region but are a Member of a Club within the Region may be delegated to represent that Club. See Southern Region Constitution Clause 6 Voting Rights at General Meetings.

   Postal and Proxy Voting is not available.

   NO card(s) means NO VOTE!

   So please ensure that you have your Membership Card(s) with you.

Cost;
BN Members £5
Non BN Members who will need proof of identity with a photograph (e.g. Photocard Driving Licence, Passport etc) £7
Children - 5 to 16 years £2.50, Children under the age of 5 years free.

CCBN AGM 2007

Who is entitled to attend; Any current CCBN Member.

You will be asked to produce your current CCBN Membership Card to gain entry to ALL venues.
Also you will be asked to produce your current CCBN Membership Card to collect your votes at the AGM.
No Card = No Vote
