E-mail security
In future I will delete e-mails that I receive that have attachments, without reading them, unless I have agreed in advance to receive them.
I note that some of the e-mails that I receive have the text as an HTML or other format attachment and not in the body of the e-mail. This appears to apply to some of the Web based e-mail providers such as Hotmail. Some of you also have formated other e-mail providers to do this as well.
So please make sure that any e-mail that you send me is in plain text (ASCII) only and is in the main body of the e-mail.
Also please make sure that it is not included or duplicated as an attachment.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
