Proxy Voting
The CCBN AGM is taking place at the Northampton Cricket Club, Northampton on Sunday 21stOctober 2007 at 10:00 AM.
You should be receiving the Agenda and voting papers shortly. If you have not received them by the 5th October you should let the BN Office know, they will require your name and membership number.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish me to carry your Proxy votes to the AGM I will be pleased to do so. You should let me have your completed Proxy Form and voting instructions (on the "list of motions") by no later than 5th October. You will find my address and other contact details in the current issue of BN Magazine.
Please note that I am happy to receive your voting instructions as a photocopy of the "list of motions" or by e-mail but I need the ORIGINAL of your entitlement document by not later than the 5th October in order to obtain your proxy vote.
If you wish me to acknowledge receipt of your Proxy by e-mail please include your e-mail address with your voting instructions.
I regret that I can only acknowledge receipt of your Proxy by Post if you include a stamped and addressed Postcard with your voting instructions.
