CCBN AGM 16th October 2011
Proxy and Postal Voting
The CCBN AGM is taking place at the Naturist Foundation on Sunday 16thOctober 2011 at 10:00 AM (Registration from 09:00 AM).
See the Autumn 2011 edition of BN Magazine and the enclosed papers for more information.
If you have not received them you should let the BN Office know, they will require your name and membership number.
Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to vote by Proxy you should send the papers to the BN Office by no later than 1st October. You should send your completed Proxy Form and voting instructions (on the "list of motions"). You will find the address and other contact details in the current issue of BN Magazine.
Postal Voting
Alternatively, for the first time this year, you can vote by post. Please see the AGM letter detailing your Voting Rights that was sent to you with the AGM Papers.
N.B. Your postal vote must be received at the BN Office by no later than 1st October 2011.
Please note that I am no longer the Southern Region Members Rep. and also that it is unlikely that I will be able to attend the AGM this year so Please do not send your Proxy Votes to me this year. Thank you.
